Standard Warranty Policy

All products sold carry a 2 years manufacture warranty UK.

Samsung products has got 2 years manufacturer’s warranty.

Apple products has got 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

In the event of a product not functioning as expected, We will fulfill all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please note: Where parts need to be ordered in for a repair, the timeframe for this cannot be established until the part arrives and can be anywhere up to 3 to 5 days depending on the availability of the part over and above the standard 3 to 5 working days for a straightforward repair.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

All items must be taken to the store of purchase for warranty claims. Items purchased online can be sent to our store in Southampton.

Warranties cover all manufacturing defects. Any equipment deemed liquid/sand/dust contaminated or otherwise dropped, misused or neglected may, at the discretion of the repairer, be excluded from being repaired under warranty.

The customer is responsible for all data stored on their devices. Please backup your data prior to bringing your device in for repair. We will not be held responsible for any loss of data. Please ensure SIM cards are removed from handsets prior to sending back for service.

For security reasons no goods shall be released without proof of ownership, the service docket MUST be retained as proof of ownership and identity.

Unless otherwise specified, all repairs carry a 12 months parts and labour warranty from the date of collection. Service warranty is given on the repair performed to address a specific fault. Any previously undiagnosed or subsequent faults are not covered by this warranty, and will be handled as seperate repairs. Where the product has a balance of a new warranty remaining, the greater of 12 months or the balance of the new warranty remains.

Proof of Purchase

You are required to retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. You will be required to present this for any warranty claims.

Without the receipt the warranty becomes null and void.

Water Resistance and IP Ratings

If your device has an IP rating: This means that under a strictly controlled laboratory environment, the hardware works as designed even after being exposed to specific conditions.

In the event that your IP rated device comes in contact with water, the external ports must be carefully cleaned and dried. It is not recommended, and will void your product’s warranty, if you plug a USB cable or charger into the device if the ports are not cleaned and dried completely.

Do not expose the device to seawater, salt water, chlorinated water or liquids such as fruit drinks, liquid detergent. (We also recommend that you do not shower/bath with any watches as the hot water may cause condensation under the face or within the mechanisms).

We take no responsibility for water damage caused to a device with signs of wear and tear, impact damage, damaged seals or improper care and maintenance to a IP rated device.

Please note:

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Liquid/Moisture, sand/dust, impact or any other damage will not be covered under the warranty.

Please note that any attempts to change or modify the software/firmware on a phone will void the warranty.

Please ensure you backup all data including contacts etc. We takes no responsibility for any data lost.
