We offer standard delivery within UK mainland postcodes, which typically takes one business day (Mon–Sat). Please allow 1-2 working days (Mon-Sat) for delivery to the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland, as delivery cannot be guaranteed.

All deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will attempt it again on another day.

All deliveries will be made between 8:00 and 18:00 Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. When the product leaves our warehouse, tracking information will be sent.


Please keep in mind that tracking may take some time to appear; it will not be visible on the courier’s website until the first tracking point has been scanned.


Faulty, missing, or damaged goods.
If you receive goods that are missing parts, faulty, or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate with our shipping couriers. We will provide a collection and replacement once investigated by the relevant teams.
