Are your products 100% genuine and brand new?

Does the price that is shown include VAT?

Yes, VAT is included in our prices.

Do you provide a VAT invoice?

How do I track my order?

Once the item is shipped from our store, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you registered. If you do not receive the tracking number, please check your spam or junk email folder since the email may be classified as spam.

How long does it take for your online purchases to be shipped?

With FedEx and DPD, we provide free next-day delivery. We will use overnight shipping to process every purchase on the same day.

Where are you based and what is the address of your store? Can I come to buy products directly from there?

How do I place my order?

Move your cursor to the “ADD TO CART” button once you have completed adding products to your shopping cart. After that, you’ll be taken to our safe checkout page.

You have to choose the shipping option after entering your name and shipping information. Please move on to the conditions of payment after finishing.

Your payment information must now be entered. Click “Complete order” when you’re prepared to finish your order. Both an order confirmation via email and an on-screen confirmation will be sent to you.
